Who can join Somerset Dowsers?

Anyone with an interest in dowsing and related energy modalities is welcome to join. No prior knowledge or experience of dowsing is required, and new Members are welcome at any time. We are a friendly group, with a mixed membership from beginners to professional dowsers. Membership is free – simply ask for your email address to be added to our database. You will then receive regular updates on upcoming events and can choose to attend those which most interest you.

Why should I join?

• You will have the opportunity to attend regular events covering a range of dowsing -related topics, which will help you to expand your knowledge and experience of dowsing, and its many and varied applications – including earth energies, archaeology, dowsing for health, lost objects and water dowsing. As well as the dowsing-focussed events, you will also hear speakers who cover a whole range of wider topics of energy and wellbeing.
• Come on site visits which give you the opportunity to practice dowsing ‘in the field’, with support from experienced dowsers
• Get access to our Library of dowsing books, DVDs and back issues of the BSD Journal – ‘Dowsing Today’ magazine
• You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in the running of the Group – we are always keen to recruit extra helpers!
• Come with us to other events such as Mind, Body, Spirit Fairs to spread the word about dowsing and learn more about related and complementary energy work.

One last word...

We are keen to spread the word about dowsing, and we welcome new members with open arms. We understand that in the excitement of new discoveries, it’s easy to get carried away. We would ask you to be aware that Dowsers should always have due regard for persons, land and property, and should not dowse anyone’s person or land or property without their express permission.
